Just plug in and play. Works straightaway. Makes all your old PS/2 devices hot pluggable, which is great. I use it to test old mice and keyboards before using them on second-hand systems or selling them with confidence and a clear conscience that they work

i could only try this with a vista till now, cause i bought it for a friend whose motherboard didn't have a ps2 jack, it worked fine. havent tried mouse yet
